Planning a wedding celebration can feel like a second job, but it doesn't have to. We know our couples are busy professionals who want a unique, carefully detailed event but don't know how or where to start. That's where we come in!

This package is a unique offering - blending all the best elements of traditional planning packages, day-of event management, design service and with curated credit options to add-on service where needed, as needed.

THE PROCESS
A THOUGHTFULly CURATED, EFFORTLESS CELEBRATION PlaNNING JOURNey
1. Book an Exploratory Call
Using our contact form, please let us know all about your planning journey thus far and how we might be able to partner with you!
2. Couple Onboarding
If after our call you feel we are the right planning partners for you (yay!) we will schedule an onboarding call to go through our online planning portal and next steps.
3. Logistics Planning
After onboarding, this phase includes venue research and visitation, budget setting, guest list building, vendor vetting and selection, and more. We will also set a general timeline of events.
4. Custom Design
We can’t wait to dive into your custom design! First, we host a phone call or Google Meet session where we collect design pertinent information and your preferences. Next, we review your inspiration and put together a Design Plan presentation ranging from 10-15 pages. This plan includes color story, inspiration images, and rental suggestions. Once we have your approval on the final product, we'll start pulling together all the pertinent elements to make it come to life!
5. The Big Day!
On your wedding day everything comes together. All the logistics, planning, and design that we have partnered with you on will come to fruition. There will be a planning team onsite to execute the timeline, guide vendors, and make sure the day is seamless.
